The good linearity was obtained over the range of 20.22-202.2 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.83% (RSD = 0.53%; n = 6). The method is accurate and sensitive with better reproducibility. It can be suitable for controlling the quality of antazoline hydrochloride tablets.

Absorbance was read within 10 min at 416 nm against a reagent blank. Data were given on the estimation of I by this method in pharmaceutical formulations. No interference was produced by phenylephrine-HCl [61-76-7], ephedrine-HCl [50-98-6], naphazoline-HCl [550-99-2], chlorobutanol [57-15-8], benzalkonium chloride, or polyethylene glycol [25322-68-3].

As proof-of-concept, we systematically profile the spatiotemporal interactome of the EGFR signaling component STS1. For STS1 core complexes, our proximity proteomics approach shows comparable performance to affinity purification-mass spectrometry-based temporal interactome profiling, while also capturing addnl.-especially endosomally-located-protein complexes. In summary, we provide a generic approach for exploring the interactome of mobile cytosolic proteins in living cells at a temporal resolution of minutes.
