Objective: To establish the content determination method of Esomeprazole Sodium for Injection by HPLC. Methods: Using Extend C18 Aglient column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution-tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate solution (28:67:5), the detection wavelength was at 302 nm. Results: linear range was 10.24-102.40μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 99.71%, and RSD was 0.71%. Conclusion: this method was reliable and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of the preparation
