The residue was purified by prep-HPLC (Waters 2767/Qda, Column: Waters Xbridge 19*150 mm 10 um, Mobile Phase A: H,O (0.1% TFA), B: ACN) to give Compound 117 (22 mg TFA salt, yield: 13%) as a white solid.
