General procedure: Cs2CO3 (1.5equiv., 4.9g) was added into the solution containing intermediate 1 (1.5 equiv., 3.0 g) and aromatic aldehyde (1.0 equiv., 10 mmol) in dry DMF (20 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for about 5 h.
