At room temperature, CuI (0.05 mmol) K2CO3 (1 mmol) and 1,10-phenanthroline (0.1 mmol) were added to the reaction system, and then the mixture was heated to 90 C. and stirred for 8 hours. After stopping the reaction, 15 ml of CH2Cl2 was added to the reaction system, filtered through a sand funnel, and washed with CH2Cl2 three times. The filtrate and washing solution were combined, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and concentrated and separated by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: ethyl acetate). Ester: dichloromethane = 30: 1) to obtain the pure product. The material was a yellow solid with a yield of 37%.
