Crude mass was purified by column chromatography (silica, gradient: 0-3% MeOH in DCM) to afford Compound 176 (3.5 mg, 13 mumol, 5%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta 11.10 (s, 1H), 7.19 (d, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.15- 7.01 (m, 3H), 5.38 (s, 1H), 3.25 (s, 3H), 2.90-2.87 (m, 1H), 2.72-2.50 (m, 2H), 2.07-2.05 (m, 1H). LC MS: ES+ 260.3.
