Upon completion, the crude mixture was filtered, concentrated, and purified by HPLC (see Example 360 for protocols) to provide the title compound as a trifluoroacetic acid salt. lH NMR (400 MHz, pyridine-d5) delta ppm 2.57 (q, J = 4.1, 3.2 Hz, 2H), 2.83 (t, J = 5.7 Hz, 2H), 3.39 (q, J = 2.8 Hz, 2H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 4.17 (s, 2H), 6.61 (s, 1H), 6.64 – 6.67 (m, 1H), 7.09 (dd, J = 9.1, 4.5 Hz, 1H), 7.26 (ddd, J = 9.1, 7.9, 3.2 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (d, J = 4.9 Hz, 1H), 7.34 – 7.39 (m, 2H), 7.49 (dd, J = 8.9, 3.2 Hz, 1H), 7.89 (dd, J = 6.0, 3.2 Hz, 2H), 8.58 (d, J = 5.0 Hz, 1H). MS (ESI+) m/z 454.2 (M+H)+.
