The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was purified by preparative HPLC method E followed by lyophilization to give 5-((3-(1-(2-(3-cyclopropyl-5-methyl-4H- 1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridin-3-yl)piperidin-1-yl)methyl)- 1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2(3H)-one as white solid.
