Preparation 10. 5-amino-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2(3H)-one[358] A mixture of 5-nitro-2-benzimidazolinone (100 mg, 0.56 mmol), palladium/charcoal (10 mg, 10 wt%), and methanol/ethyl acetate (3 ml / 0.5 ml) was stirred at room temperature under hydrogen atmosphere overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered through a celite pad. The resulting filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure.
